About: LNIPE under Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Deputy Registrar – Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale. 9 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs. 6000 and above with experience in educational administration.

Assistant Registrar – Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale along with the good academic record, as laid down by UGC

Library Information Assistant – Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science. Two years experience in a Library of an educational Institution/ college / University. Computer knowledge regarding the management of the library.

Life-Guard cum InstructorGraduate + Diploma in Swimming + 02 years experience as a Life Guard / Instructor in Swimming Pool of a School / College or University.

Supervisor – Diploma in Civil Engineering +02 years of civil work experience.

Junior Hindi Translator – Master’s Degree (Post Graduate) in Hindi with English or English with Hindi or Hindi and English as main subjects.

Stenographer (English) – Any Degree with Proficiency in Dictation; 10 minutes @ 100 WPM and Transcription on computer ’50’ minutes.

Security Inspector – Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Ex-serviceman from armed forces of the rank of JCO or its equivalent.

Laboratory Assistant – Bachelor’s Degree (PCM/ Psychology/ Biology group) from a recognized University. Diploma in Lab Technician/ Pathology/ Paramedical of at least 1-year duration from a recognized Institute. Two years of experience as a Lab Assistant/ Lab. Technician in a Hospital/ Laboratory / Nursing Home/ College/ University/ Educational Institute including School.

Arts & Craft Instructor – Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts. Two years experience of teaching in painting or moldings or arts & crafts in a University/ College/ School.

Library Clerk – Intermediate (Matric) or equivalent from a recognized Board. Certificate course in Library Science. Computer knowledge and working.

Pump Attendant – 10th Class Pass with ITI Diploma of Pump repairs & operations.

Plumber – 10th Class Pass with ITI Diploma of Plumbing.

Registrar

(1) Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale. 15 years’ of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of ₹ 7000 and above or with 8 years’ of service in the AGP of ₹ 8000 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration; (OR)

(2) Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education; (OR)

(3) 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.

Finance Officer

(1) Appointment from the panel of names of the rank of Director or Deputy Secretary forwarded by the Central Government preferably from organized Accounting and Finance Services of Central Government, e.g., Indian Audit & Accounts Service, Indian Post & Telegraph Finance & Account Service, Indian Civil Account Services, Indian Railway Account Service, Indian Defence Accounts Services, etc.

Professor

(A1)  An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification(s) in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers.

(A2) A minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in university/college, and/or experience in research at the University/National level institutions/industries,
including experience of guiding candidates for research at the doctoral level.

(A3) Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and the technology-mediated teaching-learning process.

(A4) A minimum consolidated API score requirement of 400 points from category III of APIs of UGC Regulations on minimum qualifications for appointment of teachers etc, 2010 and its subsequent amendments from time to time. (OR)

(B)An outstanding professional with an established reputation in the relevant field, who has made significant contributions to the knowledge in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline, to be substantiated by credentials.

Associate Professors

(1) Good academic record as defined by the University with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/ allied/ relevant disciplines.
(2) A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks in a relevant subject (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed).
(3) A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and/or research in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University,
College or Accredited Research Institution/industry excluding the period of Ph.D. research, with evidence of published work and a minimum of 5 publications as books and research/policy papers.
(4) Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology-mediated teaching-learning process with evidence of having guided doctoral candidates and research students.
(5) A minimum consolidated API score requirement of 300 points from category III of APIs of UGC Regulations on minimum qualifications for appointment of teachers etc., 2010 and its subsequent amendments from time to time.

Assistant Professor

(1) Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.

(2) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET)/JRF for Lecturer/Assistant Professor conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.

(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-clauses (i) and (ii) to this Clause 4.4.1, candidates, who are, or have been awarded a  Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009 or the subsequent Regulations if notified by the UGC, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent positions in Universities/ Colleges/ Institutions.

For Non-Teaching Posts – ₹ 600/- for UR and OBC category and Nil for SC / ST / PWD (Divyang).
